Kyte Offering UKGC Audit Services

Kyte Offering UKGC Audit Services

The Remote Gambling and Software Technical Standards as published by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) come with requirements for security auditing for UK licensees.  Existing license holders are to complete a security audit annually and new licensees are required to submit a security audit report to the UKGC within 6 months of being granted their license, irrespective of whether or not they are trading.

In order for audits to be constructed correctly, they must include the following three methods; asking questions (enquiry based approach), gathering evidence (evidence based approach), and being onsite and speaking to staff (observation based approach).

Key stakeholders are required to be interviewed for the audits, including anyone with overall responsibility for remote gambling, compliance officers, information security officers, operational staff, and software developers.

Kyte Consultants Ltd is committed to maintaining pace with regulated gaming markets worldwide, which is why it offers such services to provide operators with a clear path to compliance.  The dynamic team of security and audit professionals is always available to offer support for those who are facing the audit for the first time and need guidance to meet the necessary requirements.
