GDPR Specialist


We are looking for Data Protection and GDPR Compliance Advisor at Kyte Global. Join us in Raising Standards across the Globe.

GDPR Practitioner qualifications are considered to be an asset, but practical GDPR knowledge is essential. The successful candidate will be in possession of excellent management and communication skills and will be able to interact with employees at all levels, clients, and authorities. Minimum of two years of experience working in data protection compliance or a related field.


  • Act as the primary point of contact within the organization for members of staff, regulators, and any relevant public bodies on issues related to data protection
  • Ensure the company’s policies continue to be in accordance with GDPR and codes of practice
  • Evaluate the existing data protection framework and identify areas of improvement
  • In charge of training plans.
  • To provide data protection advice and support members of staff
  • Inform and advise the Data Controller or Data Processor on all matters related to data protection
  • Promote a culture of data protection compliance across all units of the organization
  • Draft new and amend existing internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with key stakeholders
  • Proactively conduct audits to ensure compliance and address potential issues
  • Maintain records of all data processing activities carried out by the company
  • Serve as the point of contact between the company and the data protection authorities


We are looking for someone with:

  • Willingness to learn, possess a can-do attitude and be a part of a dynamic fast growing company;
  • Liaise with internal departments on a daily basis, to resolve complaints and GDPR requests;
  • Ability to identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation;
  • Taking initiative and having the motivation to be able to work independently;
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to suit the business needs;
  • Ability to work closely with other departments internally;
  • Excellent communication and coordinating skills;
  • Meticulous, takes initiative and possesses good organisational skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team-player;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
