Sales Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our Commercial Team as a Sales Specialist. This role isn’t just about selling; it’s about forging meaningful connections, understanding client needs, and orchestrating solutions that make a real impact.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition efforts and revenue growth. You’ll dive deep into international markets, identifying and cultivating promising leads, and guiding them through the entire sales journey with finesse. Your role isn’t just about closing deals; it’s about building long-lasting relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.


  • Strategic Sales & Business Development: Take charge of sales initiatives in targeted international markets, aligning with our company’s new business targets.
  • Prospecting Excellence: Utilise intensive and structured prospecting techniques to uncover new opportunities and nurture them into valuable accounts.
  • End-to-End Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from start to finish, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote our solutions and secure deals at the C-Level.
  • Innovative Lead Generation: Develop creative approaches within budget constraints to generate high-quality leads for specific business lines, guided by the Commercial Manager’s directives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and expectations, while seamlessly coordinating the full sales process with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Skillfully negotiate commercial and payment terms with prospective clients, staying within the parameters set by the Commercial Manager.


  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the IT services, compliance industry or fintech, with a strong record of hitting targets.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in any other European languages is an asset.
  • Is responsible, self-driven and shows initiative.
  • Is outgoing and approachable and has effective communication skills.
  • Has excellent customer handling skills.
  • Is self-motivated and has good time-management skills.
  • Should have a new business acquisition mindset and be driven to grow the customer base.
  • Based in Europe.


  • Full time role on an indefinite contract or self-employed on a service contract.
  • Basic salary with a generous commission on sales.
